At CSIA, we believe that learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom. Our Extraordinary Experiences help students grow into confident, kind and capable young people. These are activities like after-school clubs, lunchtime activities, trips, and special events that build skills and character for life.
Our clubs are all about having fun, making friends and trying new things. They also help students build character – that means learning to be honest, kind, resilient, ambitious and respectful. These are the character traits that make someone stand out for university and employment, not just their grades.

Students help decide what clubs we run. We listen to your ideas and do our best to make them happen. That’s how we started Bike Club – because students asked for it!
Your Voice Matters
We work with brilliant local organisations to make clubs even better, including:
Some clubs have limited spaces. If you don’t get your first choice this term, you’ll be top of the list next time.
We ask students to sign up for clubs so we know who’s going and can plan transport or equipment.
If a club is cancelled, we’ll tell you on My Child At School or by text. If you can’t go home at 3:00pm, see Mrs xxxxxx – she’ll arrange for you to be looked after until 4:15pm.
